STUFFED PASTA SHELLS OR MANICOTTI

1 jar of your favorite spaghetti or marinara sauce or this recipe
15 oz. container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, plus a little extra for topping
1/8 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten
12 large manicotti shells or 16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package directions

Mix cheeses, spices, and egg together and stuff cooked shells. Pour sauce on top and add some extra shredded mozzarella over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until bubbling) and serve.
