GROUND BEEF FOR TACOS, BURRITOS, OR TACO SALAD

This is another one of those recipes that is not so much a recipe as it is a meal idea. Whatever helps, right?

1 lb. ground beef
Taco seasoning, to taste

Brown beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and add taco seasoning of choice to taste. When the beef is no longer pink, serve.

On a taco salad, I like:

Corn chips
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed and added to the beef
Diced tomato
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
